A Learning and Development Coach is sought after to cultivate and mentor high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a focus on creating effective learning strategies and programmes.

• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
• Design e-learning courses, workshops and other training methods
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts
• Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
• Manage the production of program marketing material in conjunction with marketing team
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met

Work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRSSupport the development of team members across global officesA successful Learning and Development Coach should have:

• A degree in business, psychology or a related field
• Proven experience as an L&D/Training professional
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
• The ability to build an inclusive learning environment
