Full time Lead Veterinarian – Urgently Hiring + Sign-On Bonus – Spring Hill, FLA partner hospital in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility with a supportive team, providing high-quality care to animals in a family-friendly environment.Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian:

• Medical Care : Provide comprehensive medical care to animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgeries.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage the veterinary team, helping with staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Patient Management : Oversee medical care for all patients and ensure proper documentation of records.
• Client Interaction : Consult with clients regarding their pets’ health and educate them on treatment options.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the practice manager and hospital leadership to maintain medical quality and meet goals.

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical, leadership , and communication skills.
• Active license in good standing to practice in Florida or the ability to obtain a license in the state.
