This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian with leadership experience to make a lasting impact—both on the clinical team and the pets and families they serve. If you’re passionate about patient care and team development, this could be your next great role.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality veterinary care including diagnostics, treatment, and surgeryLead, mentor, and develop veterinary support staff and fellow DVMsManage daily clinic operations, including budgeting, inventory, and workflowImplement best practices to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomesBuild strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partnersChampion a collaborative, positive clinic cultureQualifications:DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary schoolLicensed to practice in Mississippi (or ability to obtain licensure)2-5 years of experience in a leadership or senior veterinary roleExcellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day clinic operationsCommitment to continuous improvement and exceptional patient careIdeal Candidate:You are an experienced veterinarian with a passion for leadership, mentorship, and practice growth.
