Full-Time Lead Veterinarian – Hiring Immediately + Competitive Salary – Longview, TXOur clinic in Longview, TX is actively seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join and manage our dedicated team. We’re looking for a compassionate leader who is experienced in veterinary medicine, committed to excellent patient care, and skilled in clinic management.Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality medical care to animal patients
• Supervise veterinary technicians and assistants, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
• Manage clinic finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial stability
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance clinic visibility and client retention
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and referral partners

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• 2-5 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Passionate about veterinary medicine and patient care
