Full time Lead Veterinarian – Hiring Immediately, $30K Sign-On Bonus + $20K Retention Bonus – St. Cloud, MNWe are looking for a full time Lead Veterinarian to join our team at our hospital in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a DVM or equivalent degree, and be experienced in general practice. The position will involve providing medical care to animals, as well as managing the clinic staff.Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian include:

• Providing medical care to animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery
• Managing the clinic staff, including hiring, firing, and training employees
• Developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures
• Marketing the clinic to potential clients
• Maintaining the clinic’s financial records

Qualifications for the Lead Veterinarian include:

• DVM or equivalent degree
• At least 5 years of experience in general practice
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
