This Lead Recruiter role is a great opportunity for a Recruitment professional who is adept at talent acquisition and keen to contribute significantly to a busy human resources team within the industrial / manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will facilitate the delivery of effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilise data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and optimise strategies.
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality job applicants.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Comply with all regulatory standards and employment laws.

- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Manufacturing and Production or Engineering industry experience
- Ability to work on site in Manchester full time.
