You must have a passion to get things done quickly and get them done right.As a Software Engineer Principal Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Helping build out cloud platform functionality that sets up, manages, and protects networking in the ACC
• Designing, implementing, reviewing, documenting, and testing high quality code in close collaboration with your team
• Working closely with peers, and coordinating with global teams to build new features or resolve software

bugs * Providing organizational and functional leadership to a small number of reportsDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of 12 years of commercial software development experience
• Have experience with Python. Go and Ansible experience are useful, but not required
• Have experience working with docker and Linux APIs
• Understand networking protocols such as: HTTP, TCP/IP, IPv6, BGP and cloud networking features
• Demonstrate knowledge with technologies like containers, Kubernetes and/or serverless computing
• Have solid skills in writing, testing and understanding complex computer software
• Be experienced in technical design, product specifications reviews, projects and backlog planning
• Be able to work productively to identify and resolve issues in a collaborative, transparent manner
