We’re Hiring a Lead Digital Marketing Manager!We’re partnering with a forward-thinking digital agency to find a performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to elevate client strategies and drive online bookings in the hospitality space.In this role, you’ll take full ownership of client success—leveraging paid media, enhancing SEO, and analysing user journeys to deliver tangible outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with a dynamic team of digital pioneers in a fast-paced, innovation-first environment.Key Details

• Location: Cheltenham (2 days per week on-site)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms.
• Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Analysing user journeys to improve performance through A/B testing.
• Reporting on KPIs, building dashboards, and offering strategic recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, Bing Ads, and Facebook Blueprint.
• A natural problem-solver who thrives on data, detail, and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for client success.

Expected salary

£40000 – 60000 per year
