This is an exciting time to be joining a growing business function.More about your roleReporting to the Voids Trade Supervisor, you will support the void team collecting and materials and equipment in addition to cleaning out properties and removing waste. As well conducting labouring and cleaning tasks in line with health and safety regulations, you will carry out some basic repairs and assist with other repairs and maintenance tasks.Covering the North West, day to day tasks will include mowing, strimming, vacuuming, mopping and sweeping. You will be expected to carry out work activities to a high standard keeping stakeholders updated of your progress.Please find the essential criteria below
