The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 5 apartment communities in the Muskegon, Michigan area for Monarch. We are looking for a full time/year round individual that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• 1 year of professional landscaping experience

Experience in SOME of the following areas is expected. We can train you!

• Landscape Maintenance
• Landscape Design
• Operation of 0 turn mowers
• Edging, weed whipping and mulching
• Pulling trailers
• Availability during winter months to participate in snow removal activities
• Tree trimming and cutting
• Stump grinding
• Chainsaws
• Minor concrete and asphalt repairs
• Power-washing
