We are looking for an additional permanent member of our team to develop software for Agilent’s Raman Spectroscopy products. The position will be based at our Harwell office near Oxford in the United Kingdom, with options for hybrid working. You will be working as part of a cross-functional R&D and product development team to develop high-quality software and products for our Pharmaceutical and Field Detection markets – delivering trusted answers, differentiated workflows and a common Agilent user experience.As a LabVIEW Software Engineer, you will join a small team (of around 10 employees and contractors), which has recently been certified as an NI Centre of Excellence, to demonstrate our ability as a world-class software team as part of the larger R&D function that includes hardware development, data science, optics, software quality and marketing. You will be developing software as part of a team using Agile methodologies to meet customer requirements, with a high-level of quality and consideration for regulatory and product security requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LabVIEW Software Engineer to work with a premier LabVIEW software team developing products making a difference in the world – from airport security screening and pharmaceutical quality control to hazardous chemical identification!Your main responsibilities will be:
