Quality/Lab Supervisor: Direct Hire PositionLocated in Euclid, OHPay: $80,000 – $90,000 DOEJob Full DescriptionOur client is respected manufacturer of high quality socket screw products, cold formed special products and screw machine products.
- Pay is $80,000 – $90,000 DOE
- This is a 1st position job, 7am– 3:30 pm Mon-Fri
- This job is in Richmond Heights, OH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Inspection Department Employees, assign work assignments from Lab Hot List, Screw Machine Final Inspection and Import Inspection.
- Prepare and Participate for ISO and A2LA Audits.
- Direct and coordinate testing of finished and semi-finished sample specimens to determine if metallurgical, physical properties and dimensional features meet manufacturing specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Mininum of 2 years’ Quality Management Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to delegate, evaluate performance, motivate
- Use outside micrometers, depth gages, optical comparator
- Mathematical abilities must include working with ratios, percentages, fractions
- H.S. Diploma, AA or higher level of education preferred
