Software Lab Provisioning Analyst Engineer

Rubrik are seeking a motivated Software Lab Provisioning Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our Sales Engineering (SE) organization. Based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in provisioning and managing access to software lab environments, supporting our global SE team in technical evaluations, demonstrations, and training initiatives. This role will be based in our Bangalore Campus.

About the position:

• Provision and manage access to software lab environments for Rubrik’s SE organization globally.
• Handle user access requests, ensuring proper permissions and adherence to security policies.
• Monitor and maintain lab infrastructure to ensure optimal availability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve access or environment-related issues promptly.
• Assist in documenting processes and enhancing automation for lab access provisioning.
• Support continuous improvements to lab infrastructure and related tools.

About you: 

• 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing requests.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working remotely in an autonomous manner`

Bonus Points:

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell scripting).
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Prior experience supporting a Sales Engineering or similar technical team.
