Apply Today for our location in Lincoln, Nebraska!Title of Position: Kitchen ManagerJob Description:As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. This includes managing inventory and ordering supplies, creating and maintaining a budget, and ensuring that food quality and safety standards are consistently met. You will also be in charge of hiring, training, and scheduling kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. On a daily basis, you will be monitoring food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for implementing and monitoring kitchen cleanliness and sanitation protocols, including waste management practices. Additionally, you will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent communication between the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining food quality and safety standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with front-of-house team
• Honesty, integrity, and a passion for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Kitchen Manager should possess
