This position will be for out Kent store located at – 19 Eustane St, SummersideFor this position you will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission following a probationary periodWhat you will be doing:Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledgeClarify and understand customers’ needs and take them to the best solution(s) for their projects.Provide the customer with an exceptional experience.Prepare estimates and negotiate installation service agreementsWork with project coordinators to align projects between installation service professionals and customersBuild new business relationships with customers that will result in repeat businessOversee the relationship with customers handled by the installed sale team.Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.Document all sales activities in company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and keep currentTake initiative and confidently direct customer interactionsStay updated about latest products trends and market conditionsDemonstrate high standards of safety and customer serviceWhat you will Bring:A strong foundation in Sales and customer serviceProblem solver who can work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and team playerOrganized, can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectivesMicrosoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programsAbility to travel to customer sites, a valid driver’s license is requiredA knowledge of building materials, and the construction process would be considered an asset
