What we expectAs a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen team, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes that align with the hotel’s fine dining standards. You will help oversee kitchen operations, mentor junior team members, and contribute to menu development while ensuring consistency and excellence in every service.

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.
• Lead the team in the absence of senior chefs, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Help develop and refine menus using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
• Train, mentor, and support junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels, food storage, and kitchen organization efficiently.
• Contribute creative ideas to menu innovation and food presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment.
• Uphold the hotel’s reputation for exceptional dining experiences.
