Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – Luxury Gastro PubOutstanding Benefits | Full-Time | Shift WorkWe are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a prestigious, award-winning 2 Rosette gastro pub. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience across all kitchen sections, working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.About the Role:
You will play a key role in preparing exceptional dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and contribute to menu development. This position offers a dynamic working environment, ideal for a dedicated, innovative chef seeking career progression. Live-in accommodation is available.Location: DorsetEmployment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off)
