Posting Description:Junior Broker, Marlin Global MGAWe’re hiring!Aon is currently recruiting a Junior Portfolio Broker to join our Marlin Global MGA team in London, UK.The role involves the design and broking of proprietary facility solutions that enhance how we serve our Aon Facultative clients across the globe. • Building and developing market relationships, both Lloyd’s syndicates and international company markets.
• Supporting growth strategies, including the optimisation of current Aon Re facility solutions.
• Placement role, including strategy and programme design.

• Excellent understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
• Experience of managing effective market relationships.

• High level of numeracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding and application of compliance and FCA regulation.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Spanish
