Junior HR AssistantPosition Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding: contratcs preparation, time clock enrollment, new hire package completion.
  • Time and attendance tracking and approval.
  • Healh and Safety training setup and tracking.
  • Journal entries in data management system.
  • Maintain employee HR records.
  • ADP WFN entries
  • Employee license renewal tracking.
  • Filing and mailing all HR documents.
  • Assist in HR projects, AODA, Training, policy updates.

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.– Positive and collaborative team member with strong communication (both verbal and written) required.
– Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office. Some experience working in ADP WFN.– Excellent planning and prioritization skills to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive inforamation. Organized and accountable.

  • Full-Time Position – The position requires working in the office five days a week.
