There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.ResponsibilitiesEnsure client payments are received in a timely manner, escalate to CSM or Credit Control manager where appropriateChasing client payments via email & telephoneCredit checking clients credit worthinessBuilding & maintaining strong relationships with clientsRespond to internal Jira tickets within the set SLA’sRespond to external ZenDesk tickets within the set SLA’sLiaising with: Customer Success, Legal, Finance & support teams
