Campus/Location: North Campus – Hybrid model (a mix of home and in-office workdays)

Information Technology Services is always striving to enhance the IT experience for students, staff, and visitors.About the IT Talent Support Coordinator Role:The IT Talent Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the staffing needs of Information Technology Services (ITS) by facilitating the recruitment process and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Reporting to the Manager, ITS Business Services, this role is responsible for collaborating with ITS leadership to identify upcoming job vacancies, coordinating with hiring managers (and acting as their delegate, when required) throughout the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.Key responsibilities include pre-screening candidates, maintaining ongoing communication to keep them engaged, and liaising with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within People(s) & Culture (P&C) to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
