Because of this, prior knowledge on DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewall & Routers would also be beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to increase your knowledge on recently released technologies whilst working in an enjoyable and supported environment.

About you:In this position, you will require good communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner and brilliant customer facing/customer service skills. We’re also looking for someone who already has a couple of years experience on a MSP Helpdesk.Some experience in the following is preferred:Hardware:+ Common Routers, Firewalls & Switches
+ Workstations, Laptops, Servers.Software:+ Microsoft 365 administration
