My job? Creating meaningful professional encounters every day!Today, I’m recruiting for one of my wonderful clients located in the southwest of the island, near the Angrignon metro station. I’m hiring an IT project manager with experience working with ERP systems, development projects, and the AWS cloud, among other things.
– Lead strategic initiatives in information technology and business process transformation, including, but not limited to:

• Application design, development, and modernization;
• ERP system implementation, migration, and optimization;
• Infrastructure migration, including cloud environments (e.g., AWS).

– Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
– Ensure seamless coordination between business units, IT teams, vendors, and decision-making bodies.
– Manage budgets, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure project delivery according to established quality, cost, and time criteria.
– Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and produce regular status reports in French and English. – Oversee project governance through rigorous documentation, monitoring of key decisions, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
– Mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the achievement of expected results and adherence to strategic alignment.
– Ensure project compliance with internal policies, organizational standards, and information security requirements.
– University degree in information technology, engineering, administration, or a related field.
– At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in IT or digital transformation contexts.
– Proven track record of project management: software development, ERP deployment or migration, and infrastructure migration to the cloud.
– Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written.
– Proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and mobilize stakeholders at all levels.
– Strong organizational rigor, analytical mind, and clear communication.
– Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent): a major asset.
– Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred), ERP systems, and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) is desirable.

The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons:

• Communication with international clients: As some of our clients are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.
• Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will be required to collaborate with English-speaking suppliers and partners to track orders and manage contracts.
• Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals, and contracts in English for our international clients.
