IT & Data Strategy Program Manager

Introduction to the job
Are you challenged by driving IT strategic initiatives? Are you experienced in leading cross-functional teams and make progress in strategy execution of a large IT department? If yes, then you might be the person we are looking for!

Role and responsibilities
In this role you are responsible to drive a part of our IT & Data strategy into execution through strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead IT & Data strategy initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive IT & Data strategy forward.

• Monitor progress and performance of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, meeting agreed timelines and report towards stakeholders.

• Facilitate strategic decision making by the IT & Data MT where needed.

• Team-up with organizational change management to make change happen and sustainable.

Education
Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

5 – 10 years of proven experience in program management, with a strong focus on IT strategy execution. 

Personal Skills

• Systems thinker who thinks strategically

• Proficiency in major industry trends in IT & Data

• Excellent project management skills, strong customer focus, result-oriented and drive for excellence

• Proactive and enthusiastic teamplayer

• Able to deal with resistance and who has the ability to influence without power

• A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments

• Well-developed consultancy skills with a strong go-getter mentality including willingness to perform hands-on activities

Context of the position 
The IT Office of the CIO (OCIO) is a team of around 50 professionals, who are not just front runners of the IT craftmanship but connect and align this with a holistic viewpoint to other business management topics. IT & Data Strategy & Innovation supports the IT & Data Management team in defining and industrializing the IT & Data strategy, ensuring strategic alignment between IT and sectors on portfolio delivery and IT innovation management. The IT & Data department of ASML accommodates the growth of ASML by delivering fast, high-quality and innovative IT & Data solutions.
