• Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates within the Blockchain/Web3 space using advanced sourcing techniques, platforms, and networks.

• Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business goals.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in Blockchain/Web3 technologies and talent acquisition, positioning our client as a trusted recruitment partner in the space.

• Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline of Blockchain/Web3 professionals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record as a Tech IT Recruiter, with specific expertise in Blockchain/Web3 roles.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Blockchain/Web3 technologies, trends, and talent demands.

• Networking: Established network within the Blockchain/Web3 community is highly desirable.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Location: Based in or able to commute to Billericay.
