Entity Description
The Head Office groups together the main cross-functional functions (marketing, legal, finance, human resources, shareholder relations, communication, etc.). The corporate teams define strategies in their field of expertise and provide assistance and advice to the various Group entities.To fulfill its missions and to reflect the diversity of the Group, the Head Office is increasingly multicultural and has an international vocation.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?During your internship, with the support of your manager, you will be able to work on supporting the Talent Management team, you will be given the following main tasks:Talent Management performanceTalent processes include Talent Identification, Performance management, Talent Reviews, Mentoring and Coaching, and Exit interviews. We , as Talent manager, lead these processes across the world, and monitor their performance.Your role will be to support the Talent Management Director in improving the performance of these Air Liquide practices on talent development.You collaborate with Talent Managers (30 people) around the world to deliver :Data analysis on key populations, such as Technical Experts, High potential, key competenciesmonthly Key Performance indicators on the 3 processes : Exit interviews, Career discussions and Performance management (how are we doing / what are the trends)Prepare communication on results for the monthly/quarterly Talent Managers team meetingsDevelop our performance culture and BeActEngage deployment materialsConduct data analysis for our key populationDevelop Talent Management standards and policiesTalent Acquisition:Data Analysis on global hires and ongoing recruitment; key trends (peaks and troughs) and forecasting.TA Global KPIs monitoring: Efficiency (Lead time and cost) , Diversity (Gender) and Quality (satisfaction indicators; candidate/hiring manager)Coordinate key Talent Acquisition global workshops; many run concurrently. Prepare slide decks, information packs, communication schedules. Track and follow up on actions.Partner with HR Digital systems team to enable our Talent Acquisition module changes planned in 2025Are you a MATCH?Are you the talent we are looking for?

  • Master 1, Master 2 in Business school with an HR major, you already have some professional experience.
  • You are multicultural: fluent english/french

  • You are dependable and well-organized, including asking for help
  • You know how to work on Google suite
