We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, well organised and motivated Recruitment Co-Ordinator to recruit the next generation of Support Workers. You will work with Managers to ensure we attract and recruit the best candidates who share our values and commitment to care. You will oversee recruitment from job taking to offer, creating adverts, carrying out phone screens, organising interviews and juggling a high volume of vacancies whilst ensuring the candidate has a positive experience throughout the application process.This is a varied role with lots of responsibility where you will have a direct impact on our success, across our central region covering recruitment needs in Stoke-on-Trent and Birmingham.The ideal person will have:

  • Experienced recruiter with knowledge of tracking systems
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade 6/B or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working in a high volume, telephone-based recruitment role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders/hiring managers.
  • Naturally inquisitive and tenacious
  • Self-starter, happy to work in fast paced environment and manage your own workload
  • IT literate with excellent administration skills, experience of using an ATS system would be an advantage
  • Ability to work towards goals and deadlines
  • Attention to detail.
  • Interested in a career in HR/Recruitment.
