Reporting to the HR Director, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of vacancies within a specific business region, working alongside hiring managers to identify and source quality candidates using a variety of methods.

Responsibilities include:

• Promote the Company’s reputation and the Orona Values
• Undertake initial role briefing meetings and attend weekly recruitment activity update calls/meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise the best strategy for each region
• Proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc
• Direct approach suitable candidates

• Shortlist (CV review and telephone interview) and endorse candidates for open and projected job positions
• Build a pipeline for future hiring needs

• Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and recruiting managers ensuring all parties receive regular updates throughout the process
• Manage the offer process and all associated administration
• Provide candidate feedback
• Support the wider HR team with onboarding activities
• Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records
• Deliver recruitment training
• Manage recruitment projects and campaigns
• Support with HR projects and initiatives
• Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through feedback, evaluations and monthly KPI reporting

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as an inhouse recruiter
• Strong experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using different methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Careers Fairs
