Reporting to the HR Director, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of vacancies within a specific business region, working alongside hiring managers to identify and source quality candidates using a variety of methods.Responsibilities include:
- Promote the Company’s reputation and the Orona Values
- Undertake initial role briefing meetings and attend weekly recruitment activity update calls/meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise the best strategy for each region
- Proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc
- Direct approach suitable candidates
- Shortlist (CV review and telephone interview) and endorse candidates for open and projected job positions
- Build a pipeline for future hiring needs
- Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and recruiting managers ensuring all parties receive regular updates throughout the process
- Manage the offer process and all associated administration
- Provide candidate feedback
- Support the wider HR team with onboarding activities
- Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records
- Deliver recruitment training
- Manage recruitment projects and campaigns
- Support with HR projects and initiatives
- Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through feedback, evaluations and monthly KPI reporting
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an inhouse recruiter
- Strong experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using different methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Careers Fairs
