Our categories of care include general and dementia nursing, dementia residential, mental health, physical disability and learning disability.The VacancyWe are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Internal Recruiter to join our team at Healthcare Ireland Group, a leading provider of private care services. The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented staff to support the operations of our care facilities. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and a passion for helping our residents receive the highest level of care.You will join a fast paced but friendly environment where you will source the very best talent for roles across the group. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your day-to-day workload while being well supported by your senior colleagues.About the roleWhat you’ll be doing:Proactively attract, source and select, through a variety of channels, the right people to meet the business needs of today, and the strategic needs of the future.Managing candidates through all aspects of the recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, providing candidate feedback, extending offers and supporting through the onboarding process.Partnering with home managers and administrators to manage recruitment needs to ensure requirements across your portfolio are delivered.Building and maintaining, internal and external networks throughout the group and the industry to gain a solid understanding of the relevant markets and competitor landscape and be able to provide market intelligence to senior colleagues.Delivering meaningful analysis to support evaluation and decision making.Contributing to develop the group’s recruitment strategy.Reporting on and analysis of staffing numbers.Visiting designated homes regularly to assist in the recruitment process were required.Attending recruitment events to meet the needs of the role.Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by management.What’s on offer:Competitive basic salary plus commission structure which ensures you are directly rewarded for your hard workCareer progression across the team and the wider groupWorkplace pension schemeFree parkingTeam building activities/ company trips#INDNMAbout the companyHealthcare Ireland provides care services in an environment where individuality is emphasised and the privacy and dignity of all our residents is recognised.   • Full driving licence and access to vehicle
  • Previous end-to-end recruitment experience is essential (internal or agency)
  • Demonstrable track record in recruitment
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, adapt to change and work at pace

Desired Criteria

  • Ideally previous experience of healthcare recruitment and knowledge of healthcare compliance
