Make a difference.Key ResponsibilitiesIn the organization responsible of the reservation booking in AMADEUS, you will be integrated in a multicultural team composed by Quality Engineers, Business Analysts and Software development Engineer.In this team, you will be in charge of defining and produce a brand new suite of user guide related to the services product for our customers.With the support of your colleague, you will need to :– Identify the customer needs, functional and business– Analyze the existing product and documentation– Design and produce the product user guide suite, by adopting an iterative approach (Agile methodology)– Demonstrate the validity of the user guide suite, in preparation of its industrialization. (With the supportof the product management)Your ProfileWe are looking for tech-passionate students in computer science with strong English skills. Ideal candidates have an appetite for functional and business topics.
