Make a difference.Key ResponsibilitiesDuring this internship, you will:Conduct follow-up calls with small account clients to check on their use of the Amadeus Gestour 360 solution.Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback.Propose training solutions if needed to enhance their use of the platform.Discuss new modules and features that may benefit the client.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented intern to support our Client Relations team.
