Job description
We are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor for a period of 3 months to join a London based social enterprise. In this role you’ll oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while delivering a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll also support workplace programmes and provide strategic advice on talent attraction.Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for new and backfill roles.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Develop innovative talent strategies to attract top candidates.
- Oversee workplace programmes like internships and apprenticeships.
- Ensure a smooth candidate onboarding experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience, ideally including workplace programmes.
- Strong relationship-building, organisation, and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset with an eye for talent trends.
Hybrid working of 3 days in the office available for this role
Expected salary
£38000 per year
