Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to own end to end hiring processes across all areas of the business.Reporting to our Head of TA, you will typically manage between 7-12 positions at any one time. This means ~80% of your time is focused on hiring, with ~20% of your time spent on TA or People projects. We have core metrics in place, focusing on the velocity and quality of hiring alongside candidate and hiring manager experience (NPS).You will also have the opportunity to own (and/or support) key talent initiatives such as designing our careers page, improving employer branding or creating online self serve interview training. We have lots planned for 2025 and look for people that enjoy making a positive difference.
