We welcome colleagues with a curious mind, who are happy with responsibility, enjoy a challenge and are attracted by the idea of working at a business with an almost 170-year history of innovation, and four global divisions, all experts in their field.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Creative Media, the successful candidate will work within a highly skilled production team producing a diverse range of digital content including companywide live broadcasts and PTC, product animations, eLearning content and interactive multimedia experiences.This fully qualified individual will primarily focus on designing and developing interactive and immersive experiences that help disseminate complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging way. This includes the creation of 3D environments, product viewers and animations, as well as web based experiences, all designed to address our customers challenges in an imaginative, thorough and practical way.Responsibilities

Scope and ComplexityThe Creative team work with all divisions and group worldwide.The individual will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data is required. They will independently determine and develop approach to solutions where work will be reviewed upon completion.LiaisonsCEO, CFO, Chairman, Smiths Executive Committee, SLT, XLT, Group Functions, Divisional Marketing & Communications.
QualificationsTechnical Knowledge and SkillsPreferred BA or BS degree in Games Production, Games Design, 3D Modelling or equivalent.To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of Unreal, Blender and Substance 3D.
