Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse – Nights
Location: Andover, KS
Pay: $35–$38/hour (Approx. $73,000 – $93,000/year)
Schedule: 3×12 Hour Shifts | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend Required
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (details to be shared)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit RN to join our client in Andover, KS. In this role, you’ll provide high-level critical care nursing to patients in a fast-paced ICU environment, collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Your clinical expertise and commitment to patient-centered care will make a life-saving impact. Compensation & Differentials:

• Base Rate: $35–$38/hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential (7p–7a): +$4.00/hour
• Weekend Differential (Friday 11:00 PM – Sunday 11:30 PM): +$4.00/hour
• Holiday Pay: 50% additional of base rate
• All differentials stack

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• RN License – State of Kansas (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• ACLS (preferred upon hire, required within 6 months)
• ICU-Specific Certifications:

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (preferred upon hire, required within 6 months)
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (required within 6 months)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (required)
• BSN – preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and comprehensive ICU patient care
• Monitor patient status and respond to critical changes
• Educate and support patients and their families
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document all care accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
