Instructional Project Lead

OverviewAre you a senior instructional designer with a background in coaching, mentoring, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and leading teams to develop timely, cost-effective, quality adult education training programs? We’re looking for an Instructional Project Lead to guide programs and courses that build the skills of our WorkSafeBC team. You’ll contribute to our goals of promoting occupational health and safety and supporting people injured at work.How you’ll make a difference: You’ll build and empower teams that serve workers and employers across B.C.Where you’ll workWorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.In this role, you’ll work primarily from your B.C. home and occasionally in our Richmond office.What you’ll do
