One of our major government clients is looking for an Instructional Designer – Moodle exp, CRM Training (Remote work, Part-time)
Length: Approx. 4 months contract with a possibility of extension
Work Location – Remote (Canada)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Instructional Designer (Moodle Experience Required) – Minimum 5 years experience may consider less if experience is very relevant (workplace training, Moodle).We are seeking a skilled instructional designer to bring a fresh perspective to our CRM training program. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing job-training content and expertise in Moodle. This contract position offers the flexibility to work outside of traditional hours, though some availability during standard business hours is necessary for collaboration.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop engaging job-training content for our CRM program on Moodle.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the internal team to ensure content meets learning objectives.
Bring innovative ideas and a fresh perspective to enhance the existing CRM training.
Ensure instructional materials are user-friendly and aligned with adult learning principles.
Adjust and improve course designs based on feedback and evolving training needs.Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an instructional designer, specifically with Moodle.
Demonstrated expertise in developing job-training content.
Ability to conceptualize and implement creative training solutions.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and team members.
Flexibility and availability to attend occasional meetings during regular business hours.
