We are currently interviewing for Installation Associates in West Central Wisconsin.POSITION – Insulator Installation Mechanical TechJOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, LaCrosse & Surrounding AreasSTARTING DATE – June 2025EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-hireEMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-TimeWORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Varies on work and travel (8am-10pm Mon-Fri) – Typically week is 1st shift days, 8 hours x 5 days/weekSTARTING PAY – $20-22/hour DOE with potential to earn up to $36/hour. $3/hour shift differential for 2nd shift and weekend hours. $4/hour shift differential for overnights. (Both are rare)BENEFITS – Medical, Dental, 401(K), S/T Disability, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Profit Based Quarterly BonusesREQUIRED EDUCATION – NoneREQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Past construction/manufacturing experience with general safety knowledge desired. Must be able to read a tape measure.As an Installation Associate you will perform duties and tasks to install commercial insulation, ducts, pipes and some tanks in the northwestern WI area. Learn techniques for installation of mechanical insulation.
HVAC – round and square ductsPlumbing – pipe and fittingsProcess – tanks and valvesDuties:Measure and tack or bank fiberglass insulation into placeInstall ducts, pipes and some tanksOperate scissor lifts, work on roofs and laddersWork safely in a construction environmentShow a positive attitudeClean-up of job sitesComplete all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
