A local building materials company seeks skilled full-time, direct-hire Inside Sales Support specialists who enjoy supporting and working with their outside sales team. This company produces interior and exterior doors for the 4 largest contractors in the region! They provide excellent customer service and delivery to each of them and build beautiful wood materials.

The ideal candidate must have a great personality that loves assisting customers and co-workers, and be detail-orientated and organized to support this critical role.

Inside Sales Specialist Duties:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and resellers to understand their needs and goals.
• Data entry
• Take orders from incoming calls and walk-in customers
• Track and report sales activities through their internal CRM system

Inside Sales Specialist Specialist Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience
• CRM experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong data entry skills
• Experienced in navigating Gmail

Pay: $22.00 per hour – then after fully trained you will receive a commission (approximately 3 months)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with OT opportunities
