Position Overview:We are looking for dedicated and customer-obsessed individuals to join our Inside Sales Professional. You will work closely with customers, provide online support, and contribute to product development, ultimately driving product adoption across all client types.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, meaningful customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure effective product adoption through training sessions, articles, and other creative approaches.
  • Actively participate in product development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, ideally within the industry or working with government and educational partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for helping people.
  • Proficient in public speaking, delivering user training, and knowledgeable about recruitment trends in technology.
  • Creative skills with the ability to develop effective strategies that drive product adoption.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence and engage clients ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
