We’re seeking candidates for Ingredient Control Associate roles on the day shift. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $19.00-$21.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read more below!What the Ingredient Control Associate will do:
- Pre-weigh ingredients following specific recipes
- Batch soft drinks and energy drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of areas the area of responsibility
- Monitor activities in responsibility at all times during the shift
- Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met
- Responsible for following recipes and directions
- Conduct physical counts on customer-owned inventories
- Learn and apply new processes and procedures in areas of responsibility
What you need to be an Ingredient Control Associate:
- 1+ years of experience in a production environment is preferred, but not required
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and production chemicals
- May be required to work in confined spaces and work with high-pressure steam
