The Opportunity:Avantor recherche un Ingénieur Technico-Commercial itinérant spécialisé en Life Sciences pour la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Vous êtes passionné par les sciences de la vie et la relation client ? Ce poste est pour vous. Rattaché à la Direction Commerciale Life Sciences, vous serez responsable du développement et de la fidélisation d’un portefeuille clients sur les thématiques de biologie cellulaire, moléculaire et des protéines. En étroite collaboration avec nos équipes marketing, support technique et commerciales sédentaires, vous déploierez une stratégie de vente sur mesure visant à répondre aux besoins spécifiques des laboratoires de recherche publique et privée.Voiture de fonction incluse. Anglais courant impératif du fait de l’intégration du poste dans une équipe internationale.Ce que nous recherchonsFormation : formation supérieure Bac +5 minimum en Sciences de la Vie (biologie, biotechnologies, biochimie, etc.), ou double compétence en sciences de la vie et commerce. Un doctorat (Biologie Moléculaire, Cellulaire, Neurosciences etc…) est un atout. ​Expérience : une première expérience en vente BtoB de produits scientifiques est attendue.Compétences : connaissance des environnements de recherche en biologie cellulaire, moléculaire et analyse des protéines. Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation.Langues : maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel obligatoire.Qualités : autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation, goût pour le terrain et forte orientation solution afin d’apporter des réponses concrètes aux besoins clients.Comment vous allez faire la différenceDévelopper et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients (académiques, hospitaliers, biotech/pharma) dans la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales par le biais de la prospection active (téléphone, email, réseaux sociaux, événements scientifiques, etc.).Organiser des évènements sur site clients (Séminaires, Workshop, Users Days) pour présenter techniquement des applications spécifiques.Maintenir les données d’activités et d’opportunités dans le CRM.Identifier les besoins spécifiques des chercheurs et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées issues de notre large gamme Life Sciences.Promouvoir les produits et services via des démonstrations, présentations techniques et participation à des événements scientifiques.Rédiger des offres commerciales, négocier les conditions tarifaires et assurer le suivi des projets clients.Collaborer avec les équipes internes (support technique, marketing, ADV) pour garantir une expérience client optimale.Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de marge fixés par la direction.Assurer une veille concurrentielle et technologique constante pour anticiper les tendances du marché.#LI-RemoteDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
