En tant qu’ingénieur(e) d’application au sein de notre unité Motion, vous collaborerez avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de vente et les clients pour fournir des solutions qui aident nos clients du secteur des semi-conducteurs à repousser les limites du possible.Dans ce rôle, vous serez rattaché(e) à Rémi, notre directeur de la gestion des produits et des applications. Vous devrez maintenir une forte orientation client, en cherchant constamment à comprendre et à répondre à leurs besoins et défis.Votre capacité à placer le client au cœur de votre approche, combinée à votre expertise technique, sera essentielle pour offrir des solutions sur mesure qui dépassent les attentes et favorisent des partenariats à long terme.Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact en :

• Fournissant un support produit et application en phase de pré-vente pour trouver la solution adaptée à nos clients et élaborer une proposition technique et économique.

• Évaluant les différentes opportunités afin de sélectionner celles où nous pouvons apporter une valeur ajoutée significative à nos clients.

• Effectuant des présentations techniques sur des produits et solutions liés aux semi-conducteurs, en personne ou par le biais de webinaires.

• Assurant un suivi en diffusant des informations techniques spécifiques aux équipes de service, aux représentants commerciaux de l’entreprise et aux employés des clients.

• Construisant des relations solides et durables au sein de l’industrie des semi-conducteurs.

• Exigences de déplacement : jusqu’à 20 % de déplacements.

Compétences requises :

• Master en ingénierie avec 5 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe, ou Bachelor en ingénierie avec 10 à 15 ans d’expérience en ingénierie d’application ou dans un environnement lié aux semi-conducteurs.

• Maîtrise de l’anglais.

• Orientation client et créativité.

• Compétences relationnels

• Communication écrite et orale maîtrisées.

• Connaissances de base en mécanique et automatisation.

Ce qui serait un plus ?

• Expérience en mouvement de précision.

• Expérience chez un fabricant d’équipements pour semi-conducteurs.

• Connaissance des produits MKS Motion.

As a Senior Application Engineer at our Motion BU, you will partner with Engineering, Sales, and Customers to deliver solutions that help our semiconductor customers push the boundaries of possibilities.In this role, you will report to Rémi, our Director of Product Management and Applications.You will be expected to maintain a strong customer focus, consistently striving to understand and address customer needs and challenges. • Providing pre-sales product and application support to find the right solution for our customers and build the technical and economical proposal
• Assessing the different opportunities to select the ones where we can bring significant value to our customers
• Making technical presentations in semi related products and solutions in person or through webinars.
• Providing follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to service personnel, company sales representatives, and customer’s employees
• Building strong and durable relations within the semiconductor industry.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 20% of Travel.

Skills You Bring:

• Master of Science in Engineering with 5 years of related experience or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree and 10-15 years experience in application engineering or related experience in semi environment.
• Fluent in english
• Customer focused and creative
• Networking and relation building skills
• Written and oral presentation skills
• Mechanics and automation basics

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in precision motion
• Worked at a semi equipment manufacturer
• Knowledge of MKS motion products
