Information Security & Compliance Auditor 

Location: Gurugram, India or Manila, Philippines 

Overview: Neolytix is hiring a Information Security & Compliance Analyst / Senior Auditor to support the implementation of our InfoSec and compliance roadmap. This role is critical in ensuring that Neolytix meets all regulatory requirements, including OCR & HITECH HIPAA, across our operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Consultant to execute the necessary controls and processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implementation: Assist in the implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls as outlined in the InfoSec roadmap. 

• Audit and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with OCR & HITECH HIPAA regulations and internal policies. 

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all compliance activities, audit results, and corrective actions. 

• Incident Response: Support the development and execution of incident response plans, including the investigation and documentation of security incidents. 

• Training Support: Assist in developing and delivering training sessions to raise awareness of information security and compliance requirements. 

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of compliance activities and present findings to management. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Information Security and Compliance, with a focus on regulatory compliance (OCR & HITECH HIPAA preferred). 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISM are preferred. 

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
