If you have hands-on experience with stamping presses and thrive in environments where precision matters, this role offers a strong next step in your career.Apply your technical skills, support production, and be part of a company that values quality and continuous improvement.Millwright Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and fine-tune stamping presses, coil feed lines, and transfer systems
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment stays in peak condition
Fabricate guards, chutes, and related components as needed to maintain safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with production teams
Provide guidance and training to production staff when neededMillwright Qualifications:Licensed 433A Millwright with completed apprenticeship
Experience in a metal stamping manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of presses, conveyors, feedlines, and transfer systems
Comfortable working at heights and committed to safety
Skilled at identifying and resolving mechanical issues efficiently
Works well independently and as part of a team
Strong coordination and attention to detail in all tasksEmployment Details:Pay: $40+/hour plus shift premiums
Shift: Straight Afternoon shift
Status: Direct Hire
