The successful candidate will join a well-established, highly committed team of staff and children, working in an inspirational and vibrant environment.Previous experience of supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Condition and medical needs is a significant advantage.The role is for a total of 27.5 hours per week, working 8:45am to 3:15pm (1 hour break) however, part-time hours will be considered.Candidates will:

• be talented, dynamic and will challenge and motivate the child to get the very best meaningful outcomes.
• provide learning activities for the individual child and groups of pupils under the professional direction and supervision of a qualified teacher, including delivering bespoke interventions, differentiating and adapting learning programmes to suit the needs of the child.
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work collaboratively within a team.
