Company DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-level In-House Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in recruitment and make an impact within a growing organisation.As an In-House Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent across various roles. If you’re passionate about helping others find their next career opportunity and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!Based in our head office in Surbiton this role will mainly focus on UK and European positions but the opportunity to recruit in any of our 35 global locations.We are the number one charter broker globally and we have achieved this by recruiting and retaining the very best talent!Job Description

• Agree sourcing strategies for each role approved
• Create an advert and publish on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
• Proactively target passive candidates using linkedin recruiter
• Via our ATS, Manage the application process ensuing hiring managers are being presented with strong candidates in a timely manner
• Booking and managing the interview process ensuring the selection process is appropriate for the role
• Build relationships with Senior Management team to provide recruitment solutions to scalable recruitment requirements
• Providing support and guidance to the wider HR team

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience is desired
• Exceptional communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Team player
• Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are welcomed

Additional InformationStarting salary of upto £32,000 per annum

• 22 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 1 years service
