This worldwide company is based in Westmount and is looking to hire a Imports Clerk for the Imports Arrival Department for talented individuals with experience in logistics.Position: Imports Customer Coordinator
Location: At the border of Westmount and Downtown Montreal
Salary: 25$ to 27$ hourly

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more
– Assist in processing import orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
– Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments, discrepancies, delays, and other import-related concerns
– Provide customers with updates on the status of their orders, shipping delays, and any other relevant information
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses in the CRM/Salesforce databaseQualifications
– Based in or around Montreal
– Experience with imports is required
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
– Bilingual (French & English) an assetSummary
