We are customer-facing, so you will thrive on positive client interactions and aim to delight. Successful past and present team members have been quick learners who are able and willing to pick up varied technical and business skills on the job, are intellectually curious and are undaunted by lack of prior experience as they are adaptable and love a challenge.About The TeamFormally known as DPP Implementations, but people call us “Imps”! We are the hub of the wheel; nearly everything that goes on in Debit and Pre-Paid (DPP) touches the Imps team at some stage. We sit in between Development and Production Support, but work closely with Business Analysis teams as well as Service Delivery, and we have some overlap with all of them. Within the Imps team, we are a diverse group of individuals with a wide variety of skillsets, but there is a strong technical leaning, as much of what we do for and discuss with customers and colleagues sits in this technical space.What You Will Be DoingWorking for a leading software house specialising in debit and prepaid card payment processingWorking within the Implementation Team to deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality standardsAssisting, if required, with documentation improvementsA quick learner who is able and willing to pick up varied technical and business skills on the jobWorking in a busy, ever changing environment with multiple clientsWorking at times within a team but mostly autonomously without direct involvement of others
